Common Issues
- I can't log in to my account
- Try resetting your password from the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at support@tonesfly.com with your registered email.
- My progress isn't syncing
- Ensure you have an active internet connection and are signed in to your account. Pull down to refresh on the main screen. If the problem continues, reinstall the app (your data is saved to your account).
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your TonesFly Premium subscription.
