1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TonesFly (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TonesFly is a language learning application that uses gamified creature-catching mechanics to help users build English vocabulary. The App is available in free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions. Pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in TonesFly — including but not limited to graphics, characters, biomes, audio, text, and code — is owned by TonesFly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use automated tools or bots with the App

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

TonesFly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonesFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
